No, it is not normal.
I used to buy grass-fed beef by the quarter, and 2 of three were good, but once got the stinky stuff. Ate it
anyway, as the taste faded with time, but would avoid it.
The lastest grass-fed beef I've bought is the best, has a clean taste that makes it easy to eat raw.
