For some reason my Mustek 1200UB Scanner now fails to work.I originally
thought it was a fault with the Scanner but this was replaced by the store
from where I purchased it.The new Scanner was demonstrated to me in the
showroom and it definitely worked.The old Scanner worked without any
problems when I first installed it.

I have removed and uploaded the Scanner programme on numerous
occassions,visited the Mustek Web Site and downloaded the driver for the
Scanner but is still fails to work.
A window appears on the screen to say that the Scanner programme is
initialising but nothing happens to the Scanner other than my PC locking
up.The same lockup problems occur if I try to access the scanner via Photo
Express.

Any ideas?
