I have recently installed a new Fujitsu 10 gig hard drive on my machine and
am beginning to experience some problems. My machine is a 233 mhz pentium
II with a 4.3 gig western Digital caviar hard drive which is currently my
master. What I am presently experiencing, is the slave drive (D:) is failing
to save any data onto the new drive. Additionally, when I go to My Computer
and click on the D: drive, it shows the C & D drives both having a capacity
of only 3.99 gigs! Prior to installing the new drive, I FDISKed, Formatted
then installed my files. To my dismay, the files were never saved. Could
this be an indication of drive incompatibility.
