I mean that I cannot consciously include fruit in my diet if I want to lose
bodyfat. For whatever reason I cannot just eat one grape...I end up eating
all the grapes. If I eat an apple or banana or other fruit, I am hungry
all day and tend to overeat fruit, meat, nuts, etc.
As long as I am burning bodyfat for energy, my appetite is controlled and I
do not overeat. Exercise also helps to control my appetite...although it
has been a challenge to make time to exercise since my daughter was born
last April.
Other than eating no fruit (and exercising), I eat as much paleofood as I
*want* and do not count calories.
