writings at the Centre, and was truly impressed. In actual fact, I was
wondering who he is. By the way, do send my congratulation to Fatuma, on her
new job with the US State Department. I thought she was already doing well
at NDI, but I don't blame her if she chooses to be a US diplomat. (laugh)
Abdoulaye Saine: Thanks for sending the address where one can purchase Dr
Omar Touray's book. By the way, I have now received the articles; I would be
writing privately.
