See if you can cut way back on overall food consumption, and see if it gives
you more energy. I believe, from my own experience, that minimal food
consumption provides more energy, because less energy is consumed in
digestion. Try fasting for five days, and see whether that doesn't double
your energy levels.
This is paleo, because the stone age peoples in my area frequently fasted,
before long trips, or raiding expeditions, and normally they wouldn't eat at
all, or only a handful, while on the trip.
