Hi Vickie,
     I live in Seattle also. I am also concerned about the low levels of
stomach acid epically since we just found out my son has low albumin levels
and this week was diagnosed with kidney stones.
     I just found this site www.oz.net/~csrh/ and it looks really
interesting. He is a practioner that uses enzyme therapy as well as
prescribing a paleo diet.
