Yes, but imagine trying to reach 40% of calories using
lettuce or celery as your sole carbohydrate source -
well, I know I couldn't eat that much :). On the other
hand, using higher carb veggies or fruits would be
easy. Personally, I think there are some foods you can
almost ignore in terms of calculating daily calories.
