I knew a Phillipino woman who prepared a "killer"
chicken dish called Lumpia (sp?). I watched her make
it and was surprised when she took a whole chicken and
started whacking at it with a huge butcher knife. It
was extremely humorous to watch this tiny 90 lb woman
fiercely chopping this chicken into tiny pieces, bones
and all. Every bit of that chicken wound up in the
dish. Alas, the dish could not be considered very
paleo since it used a huge amount of rice. But, boy,
was it tasty!
