In the Eades new book, The Protein Power Lifeplan, there is a lengthy and
detailed chapter entitled Leaky Gut Syndrome. You'll find all the information
you need right there. The Eades explain how consumption of non-Paleo foods,
especially grains, can lead to intestianl disorders and auto-immune diseases.
In short, eating a Paleo diet, devoid of grains, beans, dairy and sugar,
should go a long way towards curing this all too common problem. Also, we
have just started taking Bovine Colostrum which is supposed to help
substantially. An internet search will turn up several sites with information
about this important supplement.

Hope that helps.
