Thank you for the many wonderful responses! It seems that dolmas (really
Dolmades or Dolmathes) are traditionally made from GF ingredients.
Obviously this needs to be checked out each time- as every
restaurant/recipe/preparation will be different.

Several people warned of "unique" or "gourmet" versions that may be made
with bulgur or barley- though this is not the traditional preparation.
Dolmades also often come with a sauce that must be checked out!

But overall these seem like a good potential choice for us- and they are
yummy!
