i just bought some liquid bee pollen to up my energy (bee pollen power/energy
extract from england). i usually read all labels, but i forgot to and once i
got home, i found that it has "grain-neutral spirits." i looked on the
internet, but found nothing definitive. i looked at the celiac list and
decided it's probably not ok. i even e-mailed two places today that sell it,
but the mfr, health from the sun, doesn't have a site.

anyway, i figure this is off limits. does anyone know for sure? i will take
it back if i can't have it.
