Hi All--
Thanks to everyone who took their time to respond to
my request for the flour mixture using garfava bean
flour found in Bette Hagman's bread book - or a
mixture that anyone found to work for them.
Many of you suggested buying her book from Amazon.com
or from a health food store, etc.
Four people sent me the ratio of flours to use, which
was what I needed most. (A special thanks to Steve at
Authentic Foods for his reply) I'm holding out to
borrow this book from the library as I just can't
afford to buy more things to support my celiac habit -
especially if I want to eat. I have one book by Carol
Fenster and love it! All of the breads turn out and I
just recently made the gf ranch dressing; tasted like
the real thing!
