The first you should get to BIOS setup. For this follow:
1. Check BIOS battery.
2. In the Matherboard you should to install one RAM, CPU and video- card (in AGP
slot)only. No FDD, HDD etc.!
Note that the jumpers for RAM and CPU should be in the default positions!
3. In the PC install keyboard and display only!
4. Check AT or ATX format.
5. Then turn- on power and press <Del>.
If the video BIOS doesn't appear and you hear system bips from
POST codes, then you should to know the meaning of these bips from
motherboad developer.
PS: RAM, CPU and video card should be checked first on the working
mashine.
