My sister-in-law was given a Gateway P5-200.
The CD-ROM seems to be "cranky" about reading
factory pressed CD disks. (I changed the cable to
a new one, same problem.)
The CD front plastic is sort of molded into and part of
the rest of the case. (It is not a standard drive like
I am used to.)
Where can we get a replacement at a reasonable
cost?  It would not have to be "state of the art".
