  If you can't find this in the system configuration editor (sysedit),
it is prob.
in the registry, make sure you back up your registry
before you delete anything. Run regedit from the run command.
then click registry on the toolbar then export registry file.
Save the backup to your computer or a floppy where you can find it.
I usually save them in a date format ie. 11.2.00
then do a search in regedit under edit on the toolbar for "ccw.vxd"
(without quotes)
this may take a minute or two.
  you will prob. find it under the "run" or "runonce"
section. You prob. can remember what you recently deleted in the way
of program files, that might help.
if you don't find that. try "carbon" or whatever program name you
think it is.
I usually just delete the key that is calling for that .vxd file.
Do this at your own risk, as playing around in the registry may be
harmful to your computer's health.
If you know what program this is you can also install then uninstall
properly and the problem will go away.
