Ham is "marichino meat," not real food. Too salty, anyway. Keep
your meat as simple as possible: pork instead of ham, dehydrated beef
instead of "slim jims(tm)", home-made chili instead of beenless chili in

1.) Trust no one.
2.) Your doctor is as ill-informed as your mechanic on the subject
of nutrition.
3.) Translate "natural flavors" into "deadly poison" when reading
food labels.
Speaking of rule 3, does anyone know what they "naturally flavor"
LaCroix with?
One hints that comes from the above, look for a "no soy, wheat,
milk, etc" pledge on any supliments you buy. For example, vitamin C
tablets are almost always made from corn.
