Be careful at Subway, too.  I thought I was being careful by giving my
anaphylactic daughter plain turkey meat rolls.  She almost immediately told
me that she felt like she had had milk, and sure enough, when I checked the
label, the turkey contained sodium caseinate.  We survived the ensuing
hives, but I've never let her eat at Subway again.
