Could it help that he's dead?

The tenants in The Columns (name of 28-32-36 W 40 and 23 W 39 St) claim that
some female relation of Carnegie's lived in 28 W 40, which does indeed have a
rather grand interior at the parlor level and stairway.  Anything to it, O
wise scribe?

Or are they full of shit in that regard, as in all others (except selection
of their current engineer and former contractor)?
