I'm proud to report that I now have a nice batch of buckwheat sprouts
from
the hull. They're very tasty in my salad.
However I still have not had any success sprouting hulled kernels.
It is frustrating.
I soak them between 4-6 hours and then leave them in the sprouting
jar.
But they do nothing but get sour. the same happens when I soak them
longer. They just go bad.
Has anyone had sucess with this and if so, how?
I'm using raw, hulled buckwheat.
