How come when I try to shutdown Win98SE on my machine it won't shutdown?  The floppy drive comes on and stays on while the Windows is shutting down screen comes on and then nothing happens. I've installed the Windows shutdown upgrade and it didn't have any effect on this problem.  Otherwise--everything else works fine. Need help. Thanks  Ed Bogert  [log in to unmask]
