The CDROM is CR-562 but the sound card I'm not sure if its a Soundblaster
16 or PRO. The markings on the card are SC100SE Rev A. On the solder side
it has sticker that is PH 42603. The card was made Nov. 93. I have the
drivers for the CDROM but not the sound card. The computer has PT24 CPU
and has the speakers built into the unit, the monitor is Commodore, if this
means the unit is all Commodore. Can anyone identify the soundcard from this?

If I understand the question, you have a CT 1740 (or so) sound card,
and a CD-ROM drive model CR-563
