There are last two issues:

1) it is unlikely to happen, but I did solve a few problems that old case
doesn't like new mobo. If the computer case has ground problem or somewhere on
mobo touched metal case, you may see booting problem. Also don't forget to
test the power supply.

2) Contact the dealer to get a mobo replacement if all failed to work.
