Saturday I made pancakes from Arrowhead Mills gluten-free pancake and
waffle mix and had a definite reaction. I checked the archives which
made me wonder about cross-contamination. Has anyone else had trouble
with this product?
The syrup I used was 100% maple syrup made by my dad. He strains the
syrup through a cotton cloth and then through a wool felt cloth. I can't
imagine that would cause a problem what do you think?
