Doyle,

I am not aware of any motherboard maker that
has a BIOS which can be flashed from inside
Windows.  They all need to be booted with
a DOS diskette.

The new BIOS file should have come with
instructions on how to install it. The final
authority is the manufacturer of your
motherboard.  Visit their web site and poke
around for information
