I'm working on a Toshiba Tecra 520CDT 166mmx laptop
it's running kinda' slow and my benchmark programs (2 different)
show the cpu running at 82 mhz.
ran the same benchmark on a 166 thinkpad and it shows 167mhz
the cpu cache and L2 cache are enabled in bios.
Any ideas?
