Dr. Sears recommends 6 to 10 capsules of fish oil a day. Personally, I take 16
capsules, which is 3744mg of EPA and 2000mg of DHA.
Udo Erasmus feels that it is good to take a lot of Omega-3, if one has been
unbalanced in the direction of Omega-6 for a long time (ie most adults).
Sears' next book is about fish oil...
