1. Distribution of calories in milk
Carb Prot Fat
---- ---- ----
Human 39 6 55
Cow 30 21 49
Goat 25 21 54
a question that i allready asked a long time ago and never got answered is .
why adults will require a ratio of macronutients different than babies
with a ratio of high fat, low protein and important carbonhydrate .?
I could understand the high fat because of brain developpement but the low
protein is a mystery considering this is the time of huge growth.
MAy be those ratio are pathological ? do hunter gatherers milk have been
analysed.?
or we don't need high protein?
do the goat and cows keep the same ratio of their mother's milk when adult
and feeding on grass.?
