Charles' post makes me feel inclined to ask the group here, what is your
opinion regarding the use of tanning beds to alleviate
anxiety/depression/SAD? I have a very strong aversion to being outdoors, and
it's taking it's toll. My acupuncturist recommended that I try tanning, and
she feels that if I could benefit enough from the tanning it might cause me
to want to spend some time outdoors.
Thoughts?
