My relative got diagnosed with hyperthyroid, his heart is racing. So they
put him on beta blockers (?) and also he is on doxepan as a sleep medication.

Would paleo help???

If anyone knows anything about Graves and paleo,  could you email me
privately, please.

His heart is like 130 at rest.

Is it too late to reverse this with paleo?

He is on SAD (or worse!!!)

Low fat, high carb all the way.
