Don, do you know of a group or organization I could
contact to find out about foraging "classes" in my
area? I have a 1 acre property with lots of "wild
plants" (formerly weeds), and I'd like to find out if
I can possible kill two birds with one stone (weeding
+ eating :)
Also, does anyone know of a guide or website where I
could research the edible portions of ANY plant (not
just wild ones)? For instance, are radish leaves
edible?

Boy, do I envy you. My berry plants are all too young
yet to produce much of anything. By the way, what is a
"salmon berry"?
