I feel it is important to point out, especially to people newly dealing
with food allergy issues, that it is not a wise idea to perform your own
"skin tests."  I would never think of rubbing milk on my child's face!
 She reacts with anaphylaxis to milk on skin contact.  This is a test
for a medical professional!

Sure, if your child doesn't react that way it's possibly safe.  Others
shoudn't take the chance.

I don't want to start a flame here, just want to urge caution.  I'm
afraid someone just trying to piece this puzzle together might
misunderstand the gravity of this action/comment.
