Many moons ago I filled the door locks of an extremely obnoxious cam-head
neighbor in Providence, who insisted  (after more than several entreaties on
my part to refrain) on starting his car, which had illegal, loud "lake" pipes
and gunning the engine loadly each morning, with five minute epoxy.  The
problem ceased.
