Actually, I was referring to the mobile chip. A k6-2+. 450 Mhz. I did buy
one for $50. It runs much faster because of the on-board L2 cache which a
regular K2 does not have. No joy on the 598 (not 598lmr) board, though. I
finally put it on a FIC 503+ where it runs happily at 500 Mhz. Thanks for
all your input.
