This can mean lot's of things...

1. Let's try to deinstall the graphics card drivers and reinstall them.
2. Your Video card can be going to the moon.
3. Your monitor RGB Electronics inside the monitor can be going to the moon.

I had a simular problem some years ago that my monitor changed color suddenly to
green. The Monitor RGB electronics where burned almost through...
