Again, this is an important point. Truly raw peanuts (not the ones you buy
in the store that they call "Raw" which are actually heated) have a VERY
strong instinctive "stop". There's no way you can overeat them. When you
don't need them, you just can't eat a single one--they taste like old
overripe peas. When you need them, they taste great, but still quite
different than roasted peanuts.
