Canned beets are far cheaper than fresh,  so far I find no
frozen beets.

So the problem is;  they have too much sodium!

If I pour the juice away how much sodium goes with it.

If I then rinse them with water how much of the original
sodium as listed on the can do you think is left on the
washed beet?

Think there is a difference between round and sliced?
