Welcome Lisa,
My experience with Paleolithic eating has been very good. It is a WOE is, first,
very healthy and, second, it can result in weight loss. I can't say for sure
that it has helped my osteo-arthritis directly but my 102 pound weight loss on a
variation of the paleolithic diet has taken the weight off my sore joints. I
went from 327 to 225 pounds in 1 1/2 years and I'm still losing.
Best wishes to you in your endeavors here.
