the 1960 RDA for vitamin C is 60 mg. adult, 40 mg. children under 4.

So you see it's easy to exceed the RDA by just eating good plain food.
Not
just fruits, and especially not just orange juice. :-) There is enough
vit.
c in lettuces, some herbs, other veggies like carrots, and even raw
meat
(jerky) such that a good paleo diet supplies plently of vit. c that
can
easily be assimilated by the body, without toxins possibly found in
supplements.
