Grapefruit has slightly more glucose; bananas have considerably
more glucose; blueberries are almost even.  Apples, which are not
included, have a higher fructose:glucose ratio than any of these.

No, this is not the explanation of the Anchell foods.  I doubt
there is an explanation.
