There is more than one book on the Paleo diet.

If you are already following the Atkins plan, then you might find it easier to
do the Paleo version of the Atkins plan that is described in the book "The
Protein Power Lifeplan" by Michael R. Eades, MD and Mary Dan Eades, MD.
