These foods, spinach and mustard greens, have a good ratio of w-3
to w-6 fats, but the amounts involved are very small.  But as Ken
pointed out, some of the other fats listed should not be regarded
as good sources of w-3 at all, because their w-6 content is so
high.  I agree with Ken that this newsletter is not to be
trusted.
