No, Xeon processor require a Slot 2 interface, I don't know of any adapter
that would allow you to use one in a Slot 1 MB.

They are far from paperweights. The Xeons are server CPUs, they were
developed for big business with big price tags. You can get Slot 2 MBs, they
are not cheap but they are solid as a rock. I hope you got them cheap,
because they aren't much faster than PII or PIII's. TTYL
