In regards to weight training/body building, I myself prefer the SS
method. *super slow* weight training. I use a lighter weight, such as
10 pounds, and instead of punping up and down at a normal pace, I go
extremely slow, pushing the weight up to a couont of 10, and lowering the
down to a count of 5. This causes not only fat burn, but cardio as well.
It gives you a very sleek look with definition and shape. It looks a
bit silly with everyone else around trying to speed threw their workout,
but i am out of gym faster than everyone else because i can get a better
workout with less reps. Try it once and see if you notice a difference.
