I can't really help *you* here, but as for women, yes, increased
testosterone does increase acne. High testosterone levels are part of
PCOS'* very definition with acne one of the most common symptoms. Thinning
hair is another common problem for PCOS patients (thankfully, less common
than other symptoms), showing that, IMHO, diet can only go so far in
stalling baldness. And yes, I know many bald hotties! ;)
