I agree! When ever I eat out at friends or a restaurant and the food is
spicy my appetite grows to about 5 times what it usually is. The other
day I ate a paleo meal at a friends house but it was heavily spiced. I
would have been better off fasting because I got so hungry from eating
the food I went home and had to eat another meal ( my regular food )
just to stop the cravings. I think spice is one of the main culprits in
my being overweight. As a rule, I eat very little spice in my paleo diet
today and my appetite stays very low.
