Day 1 cont: Supplements: multi-vit + 100mg alpha lipoic acid + 2,000mg C +
500 mg calcium/mag + co-q10 + 400 mg E + digestive enzymes
Day 2: AM: Hormone-free chicken (4 pieces) + yam w/butter
Lunch: Lamb chop + blueberries
Dinner: Beef ribs (fatty) + baked potato w/butter
Supplements/Beverages: Same as day 1.
I exercise around 5 days per week: alternating 30-40 minutes interval
cardio with a strengthening routine + sit-ups/push ups.
I'll post my progress - am anxious to see if anchell's method will work for
women and if it can break my stall. I do miss those salads!!
