The best overall source that I found was

Mary, to benefit from the zinc in seeds and nuts ,soak them 24 hours hours
,drain, rinse and eat or wait i more day for a sprout to appear.( for
seeds)
i let my walnuts and filberts in the shell in the rain for days so i have
allways a suply of rehydrated nuts. they taste better ,are more digestible.
