Congratulations to the weekly paper PROCESO for their current issue.
They have begun to thoroughly expose the true relationship between
Zedillo and Fox, and how PRI orchestrated its own defeat from
presidential office.

Mexico already was aware of something fishy in how quickly Zedillo had
announced Vicente Fox as victor in the July 2 presidential election.
The immediate response within PRI dieheart circles was to call for
Zedillo's expulsion from the party for treason.

Now, PROCESSO has gone on to report how Zedillo and Fox vacationed
together on a Carribean super resort with their families with them.
And it was all just after the Sunday election, within the same week!
How buddy-buddy can you get?

Lest anyone think that this was just a get together for work reasons,
PROCESSO goes into the details of the arrivals and departures of the
incoming and outcoming Mexican presidents. And PROGESO analyzes the
reasons that ths resort was specially picked for this highly secretive
event.

The resort area called Puntos Pajaros is owned by Roberto Hernandez, one
of the 300 richest people in the world according to Forbes magazine.
Fox and Zedilllo were 'guests' of Roberto at his appropriately named
hotel, Casa Blanca. PROCESO reports that a bed at the hotel in
regular hours runs at $2,500/ night.

The reportage by PROCESO is divided into 3 articles, all of which give
information about Roberto Hernandez and his role as financier of the PRI
through the years. He owns Banamex, along with what seems like, to
be about half of the Yucatan.

Apparently, Roberto was friends with Vicente Fox and Zedillo long before
the election. He had been a force behind Carlos Salinas de
Gortari's corruption , also.

Enemies of Roberto Hernandez have been known to disappear off the face
of the planet, ala Jimmy Hoffa. A true democrat, Roberto, and one
that appears to have truly been ready for a Fox victory. In fact, he
may very well have financed it.

Roberto is also friends with Clinton, since the Larry Summers (now
Secretary of The US Treasury) banking bailout of 1995 certainly was of
personal gain to Banamex and other Mexican financial institutions.
(Another interesting tidbit.... Larry Summers, Vicente Fox, and
Alejandro Toledo of Peru are all Harvard University grads...... Go
Team!)

What shows through loud and clear in the PROCESO reports, is the supreme
confidence of Fox and Zedillo that the international and Mexican
establishment press are not going to comment on things like the
Hernandez support for both PRI and PAN. The press in its majority is
pretending that the PAN is a break from PRI politics, and not an
extension of them.

If you read Spanish, check out the 3 articles about Roberto Hernandez
this issue of PROCESO. The more that one can learn about Mexican
billionares like Roberto and Carlos Slim Helu, the easier it is to see
how far Mexico has progressed on the road to 'democracy'.

Without the $50,000,000,000 1995 bailout of the Mexican banking crisis
by Clinton, Fox would have not been possible. Money is not known to
buy democracy.
