Is a developmental optometrist the same as an neuro-ophthalmologist? Also I
need some enlightment on definations. I thought optometrist could only do
acuity evaluation tests and prescribe glasses and an ophthalmologist was an
MD. ( I guess the same difference a psychologist and a psychiatrist?????
both are doctors but one is MD and one is PhD)
